Frequently Asked Questions
Ordering & timing
Yes. I cut and sew your piece after you order, so nothing sits in a warehouse. It's also why prints come and go: when a fabric runs out, that design is retired.
Most orders are ready to ship in 8–10 business days. Busy seasons like the holidays can take a little longer.
Order by December 10 for delivery in Canada and December 5 for the US before December 25. After that, gift cards are always instant.
Email me within 48 hours of ordering and I'll do my best. Once I've cut your fabric, I can't change or cancel it.
Frequently Asked Questions
The bags
Quality printed cottons, including Liberty of London, William Morris, with a contrasting print or stripe inside. Most pieces are quilted with soft padding, which gives them structure and a little cushion. Zippers and hardware are chosen to last.
Exact measurements are on each product page. As a rough guide: Cosmetic bag - Mini: 2" × 5.5" × 1.5" · Regular: 5.5" × 8.5" × 4"
Hair tool bag - Regular: 12" long × 3" wide · Large: 15" long × 6" wide (fits a Dyson Airwrap)

Spot clean with a mild soap and a damp cloth, then let it air dry. If a full wash is needed, please use delicate cycle and air dry.
Yes! Pick any print you see and I'll match it to the style you want, or ask about fabrics I have on hand. Email me at blossomandbloombags@gmail.com with what you have in mind. Embroidered initials can be added to most pieces for $5.
I buy fabric in small amounts, so some prints are one-and-done. If you're looking for something specific, email me. I may have a little left.
Frequently Asked Questions
Shipping & returns

Across Canada, to the US, and internationally. Shipping in Canada is free on orders over $100. Every order comes with tracking.
Yes. Since August 2026, my bags are subject to the 50% US import tariffs, and every parcel from Canada goes through US customs. Your carrier will collect the tariff, plus any brokerage fee, when your order arrives. These charges are set by US customs and the carrier, not by me, so I can't include them at checkout or calculate them ahead of time.
Because each piece is made to order, I don't accept returns for change of mind. If your order arrives damaged or with a defect, email me within 7 days with a photo and I'll repair, replace or refund it.
Email me as soon as you can. If I haven't cut your fabric yet, I can swap it.
