At Blossom & Bloom, most items are handmade in small batches and processed shortly after an order is placed.

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet entered production or been shipped.

If your order has already been processed, made, or shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In this case, please refer to our Refund Policy for information about returns.

Custom or personalized orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
